Our Services

Integrated Health Centers of West Virginia (IHCWV) offers a variety of services and programs that help you with all aspects of your health. IHCWV locations employ effective and highly trained physicians, family nurse practitioners, nurses, as well as specialists in psychology and dentistry.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. We offer our services on a Sliding Fee Scale for uninsured or underinsured individuals. We do not turn anyone away due to the lack of ability to pay.

Primary Care Services

We provide a full range of healthcare for the whole family. Students can be seen during school hours at our school-based sites, with parental consent. We take pride in getting to know our patients and meeting their personal needs with quality care.

Behavioral Health

IHCWV proudly offers behavioral health services to clients ages 5 and above. We offer individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Dental

Oral health is linked to whole-body health, which means that issues with teeth and gums can lead to other health conditions such as stroke or cardiovascular disease. Routine dental visits include services such as cleanings, x-rays, diagnosis of decay and oral cancer screenings.

School-Based Health

Six of our campuses are on school grounds and proudly serve students, teachers, and school staff. In addition to supporting the school, the campuses are open to the public.

Same Day Care (Walk-Ins)

IHCWV provides medical services to patients through a centralized scheduling structure that allows its patients to set up convenient and local appointments with the provider they choose. No appointment? No problem! Walk-in patients are welcome at all eight campuses.

Telehealth

Talk to your provider live over video chat or use remote patient monitoring so your provider can check on you at home.

After-Hours Call Line

To access non-emergent care after office hours, please call the office number at (304) 643-4005 and follow the prompts. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest ER.

*Please note, our nurses are there to help, but they are unable to schedule or cancel an appointment through the After-Hours Call Line.

IHCWV is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). It is an FTCA deemed facility, covered by professional liability insurance through our enrollment in Federal Tort Claims Act program.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
