After-Hours Call Line

To access non-emergent care after office hours, please call the office number at (304) 643-4005 and follow the prompts. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or ​go to the nearest ER.

*Please note, our nurses are there to help, but they are unable to schedule or cancel an appointment through the After-Hours Call Line.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

Integrated Health Centers of West Virginia (IHCWV) receives federal funds, which enables us to provide services to our patients at discounted rates based on household size and income level. Our health centers turn away no one due to their insurance status or ability to pay. Eligible services include: medical, dental, X-ray, labs, and behavioral health. The Sliding Fee Discount Program does not cover pharmacy services.
