Brenda Tebay is a licensed psychologist with RRHC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Marietta College in 1995. Later, she furthered her education by receiving a Master’s Degree from Marshall University in 1998.

In her spare time, Brenda enjoys visiting her son, daughter-in-law, and grandsons who live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Brenda was raised in Vienna, WV, and loves to spend Sunday’s after Church with her dad. Brenda also likes to read, walk, care for her garden and spend time with her dogs, Possum and Tanner.

Brenda worked in private practice offering outpatient services to children and adults before joining Ritchie Regional Health Center in 2007. Brenda serves clients of all ages in the School Based Health Centers at Ritchie County Middle/High School and at the Jefferson Campus in Wood County. Brenda does individual, family, and marital counseling through outpatient care.
