You can now receive a full panel of blood work AND an office visit at any of our SIX school-based health centers for ONLY $15!

To take advantage of this opportunity, contact the school-based health center near you OR call 304-643-4005 and ask to be scheduled for the School Employee Health Fair. 

*A valid school employee ID is required for the appointment. Your insurance will be charged for the office visit, but there is no co-pay. The labs will need to be fasting for at least 8 hours, but you can drink water or black coffee prior to the labs. You do not need to have your labs and appointments done at the same time, but they will need to be done prior to December 28, 2023. You will receive a phone call with your lab results. If you wish for your primary care provider to receive a copy, please bring his/her name and fax number to the appointment with you. You will also be able to view your labs via the LabCorp Patient Portal--patient.labcorp.com
