Medical Assistants Day

Ritchie Regional couldn’t agree more with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) 2022 Medical Assistants Recognition Week (MARWeek) campaign, “Medical Assistants Are Magic.” 

Although these essential healthcare professionals don’t wave around a magic wand, they provide clinical and administrative support for physicians and other medical staff by drawing blood, administering vaccinations, taking patients’ vital signs, and more. 

So today, on Medical Assistants Day, RRHC would like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to our amazing, magical MAs: Chyanna Brundage, Missie Frederick, Evelyn Smith, Tina Townsend, Kayla Yerkey, and Amber Yost!
