Phreesia, in partnership with Ritchie Regional Health Center, is excited to offer you the ability to easily confirm, reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment. And if you confirm your appointment, you can also complete the check-in process before your arrival at the office. 

You will receive a text message and/or email that contains a link to confirm your appointment and privately check-in before your visit, making your arrival at the office fast and simple (that’s right—no more paper forms to complete in the waiting room!).

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or an email prompting you to confirm your appointment and check-in.

• Text messages will contain a link that will automatically take you to your mobile check-in, once you have confirmed your appointment.
• Emails will have options to confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment, and will take you to your mobile check-in once you confirm.
• Once you have opened your mobile check-in, you will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few security questions. This ensures that all information entered is private and secure.

After you begin your mobile check-in, you will be presented with a series of questions related to your health. You can also sign office policies and consents, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or copay is due.

Make sure you provide us with an up-to-date cell phone number and email address to streamline your arrival at the doctor’s office with Mobile Check-in.

Bonnie's Bus will be parked at the Ritchie Regional Health Center in Harrisville.

Medicare, Medicaid, WVBCCSP and all private insurances accepted. Funds are available to cover the cost of a mammogram for uninsured WV women age 40 or over.

Bonnie's Bus is a 45-foot, state-of-the-art mobile mammography vehicle offering 3D digital mammograms and breast cancer education to women.

Made possible by a generous gift from West Virginia natives Jo and Ben Statler to the Cancer Institute, Bonnie's Bus is operated in partnership with WVU Hospitals. The bus is named after Jo Statler's late mother, Bonnie Wells Wilson.
