Boss' Day

Although National Boss’ Day is celebrated annually on October 16, it can be observed on the following working day if it falls on a weekend. Given that the 16th was on a Sunday this year, Ritchie Regional would like to express our gratitude today, to our boss: CEO, Amy Yokum.

Amy has been at the helm of RRHC for over two years and through her outstanding leadership, has seen us through some very trying times. It’s no secret bosses can make or break the entire workplace and we’re fortunate to have one of the best. Amy is constantly working to improve RRHC for patients and employees alike. She is passionate, positive, empathic, supportive, motivational, and inspiring - she is the very definition of an ideal boss.

Amy, we can only imagine the challenges and difficult decisions you have faced, but may you never forget how much we appreciate all you do for RRHC. Happy Boss’ Day!
