Andrea Reed is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing at Wheeling Jesuit University and graduated with honors in 2018. She graduated from West Virginia University of Parkersburg in 2006 with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

After graduation, Andrea spent two years working in emergency medicine and in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse. She then decided a career closer to home would benefit her family. Therefore, she worked for 10 years providing home health care to patients through Housecall’s Home Health, all while completing her Master’s Degree program. Currently, she is employed by IHCWV part-time.

When not working, Andrea enjoys outdoor activities with her family that include gardening, farming, traveling, camping, hunting, and fishing.
